Nebula Demo
Open Nebula Demo.unity and enter Play mode. Use the on-screen Previous and Next buttons, the Left/Right or A/D keys, or the number keys 1-4 to move between the four arrangements. Use the Fog button or the F key to compare each arrangement with and without volumetric fog.
The scene demonstrates:
- Shadowed god rays through primitive slats.
- Dense, wind-driven horror fog with height attenuation.
- Directional, Point, shadowed Spot, and fog-only Spot lights with labeled Nebula controls.
- Spot-light cookies projected through fog and onto opaque surfaces.
Each arrangement is built only from Unity primitives and has its own bounded Volume Profile. The non-selected arrangements are disabled during Play mode to keep their lights isolated and to limit the mobile workload. The shared Surface Directional Light — Fog Excluded illuminates opaque surfaces without contributing to Nebula, so disabling fog always leaves a readable baseline scene.
Nebula must be enabled on the URP renderer used by the camera. The repository’s PC and Mobile renderer assets are already configured. For use in another project, follow the renderer setup in the Nebula Documentation.pdf.
